The Mind Your Manners app was inspired by PBS Kids and designed to help children learn and practice their manners. The app has games, reading material, and audible activities to keep children entertained and engaged. Parents can even monitor their child’s progress on a separate account and are able to reward them with points when their child is polite in everyday settings.

DECONSTRUCTION
Deconstructing other apps creates opportunity for understanding how they flow, common gestures within those apps, what selections are offered, as well as what can be improved.

The user research defines the type of user the app is directed towards, what their needs are, and how to make their experience using the app easy and enjoyable.
